1. Definitions
1.1. Site Administration (“Administration”) – Authorized personnel responsible for managing the website codefor.tech on behalf of Parip Maxim Pavlovich. The Administration organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of such processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the operations to be performed with the personal data.
1.2. Personal Data – Any information relating to a natural person who is, or can be, identified either directly or indirectly (the “Data Subject”).
1.3. Processing of Personal Data – Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data by automated or non-automated means, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
1.4. Blocking of Personal Data – The temporary cessation of processing personal data (except where such processing is necessary for the purpose of updating or clarifying the personal data).
1.5. Confidentiality of Personal Data – The obligation on the part of the Administration or any other person with access to personal data to refrain from disclosing such data without the consent of the Data Subject or absent another lawful basis.
1.6. Website codefor.tech – The collection of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique URL: codefor.tech, including its subdomains.
1.7. Subdomains – Pages or collections of pages hosted on third-level domains belonging to codefor.tech, as well as other temporary pages containing the Administration’s contact information.
1.8. User – Any person who accesses the website codefor.tech via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products provided on the website.
1.9. Cookies – Small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which the web client or browser sends to the web server with each attempt to access a page on the respective website.
1.10. IP Address – A unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses the website codefor.tech.
1.11. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data – The transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, a foreign governmental authority, a foreign natural person, or a foreign legal entity.
2. General Provisions

3.2. The personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by completing forms on codefor.tech and includes, but is not limited to, the following information:
- 3.2.1. The User’s surname, given name, and patronymic;
- 3.2.2. The User’s contact telephone number;
- 3.2.3. The User’s email address;
- 3.2.4. The User’s place of residence (where necessary);
- 3.2.5. A photograph (where necessary).
3.3. Codefor.tech also protects data that is automatically transmitted upon visiting its pages, including:
- IP address;
- Data from cookies;
- Browser information;
- Access time;
- The URL of the page where an advertising block is located;
- The URL of the previous page.
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the website that require authorization.
3.3.2. Codefor.tech collects statistics regarding the IP addresses of its visitors, which are used to prevent, detect, and resolve technical issues.

4.1. The Administration of codefor.tech may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

- 4.1.2. To provide the User with access to personalized resources on the website;
- 4.1.3. To establish communication with the User, including sending notifications and inquiries related to the use of the website, provision of services, and processing of requests and applications;

5. Methods and Periods of Processing Personal Information
5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out indefinitely and by any lawful means, whether through automated information systems or otherwise.
5.2. The User agrees that the Administration is entitled to transfer personal data to third parties—such as courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunications operators—solely for the fulfillment of an order placed by the User on codefor.tech.
5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state bodies of the Republic of Belarus only in accordance with the procedures and on the basis prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
5.4. The Administration undertakes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.
5.5. In the event of a loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data, the Administration, together with the User, shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or any other negative consequences arising from such loss or disclosure.
6. Obligations of the Parties
6.1. Obligations of the User:
6.1.1. To provide the personal data necessary for the use of the website codefor.tech.
6.1.2. To update and supplement the provided personal data in the event of any changes.
6.2. Obligations of the Administration:
6.2.1. To use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. To maintain the confidentiality of the obtained information and not to disclose it without the prior written consent of the User, nor to sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User’s personal data, except as provided in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. To take all necessary precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with generally accepted practices in current business operations.
6.2.4. To block the personal data relating to the respective User from the moment a request is received from the User, their legal representative, or an authorized body for the protection of data subject rights, for the duration of the verification period in cases where inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Administration shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the User as a result of the unlawful use of personal data on the website codefor.tech.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be held liable if such Confidential Information:
7.2.1. Had become part of the public domain prior to its loss or disclosure;
7.2.2. Was received from a third party or disclosed by a third party;
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
8.1. Prior to initiating any cross-border transfer of personal data, the Administration shall ensure that the foreign state to which the data is to be transferred provides adequate protection of the rights of data subjects.
8.2. The cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the Data Subject for such transfer and/or for the performance of a contract to which the Data Subject is a party.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Prior to initiating legal proceedings for any disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration of codefor.tech, a written claim (proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) must be submitted. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as the legal entity is registered within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
9.2. The recipient of the claim is obliged to notify the claimant of the outcome of the claim’s review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
9.3. If an agreement cannot be reached to resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
9.4. The current legislation of the Republic of Belarus shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.
10. Additional Provisions
10.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without obtaining the User’s consent.
10.2. The revised Privacy Policy shall come into effect upon its publication on the website codefor.tech, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
10.3. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of codefor.tech are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
